I was always interested in human studies and I graduated in Sociology and Human Resources, and I’ve been working in this field for more than a decade in Milan.
Then, around 15 years ago, my personal development path led me to the practices of yoga (in its various forms), of conscious breathing and nutrition.
At the same time I experienced my first Shiatsu treatments: a surprising, revealing, revolutionary experience for my life.
Classical Chinese Medicine and Taoist philosophy are part of my daily life: I’ve been studying it for years (it is a millenary knowledge and a lifetime is not enough to know it fully) and I’m inspired by it in the relationship with myself, with people, with nature.
My Shiatsu treatments make full use of the Classical Chinese Medicine, evaluating the energetic state of the person receiving it and interacting with the vital flow that flows along the points and meridians of their body.
I practice Vipassana meditation, which in the ancient Indian Pali language means “seeing things as they really are”.
I started my training at the Shiatsu Xin school in Milan, directed by Franco Bottalo, where I attended the three-year Professional Training Course for Shiatsu Professional.
In the following years, I deeply studied and practiced the Classical Chinese Medicine and other complementary techniques to shiatsu, such as the wrists and tongue reading, the use of moxa and essential oils. My body-working art also integrates craniosacral technique.
In 2017, I took the two-year Professional Aromatherapy Course: “Essential oils in the Taoist alchemical tradition, according to the principles of classical Chinese medicine”.
Again in 2017, I got the Bio-Natural Topics’ Expertise Certificate, accredited by Lombardy Region and European Community (RL00466850 according to the Regional Framework of Professional Standards of Lombardy, regional law 19/07).
Since 2022 I have been attending the Three-Year Professional Course for Manual Operators of Chinese Medicine, at S.I.d.A. – Italian Society of Acupuncture, directed by Dr. Dante De Berardinis.
